Upper Age Limit for Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2024 - S.O 539 Update
In an official order (S.O 539), the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has established the maximum age limits for candidates applying to the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) for the year 2024. This decision, made under the authority granted by the fourth proviso to clause (i) of sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Examination Rules, 2018, sets the following upper age limits for candidates based on category:
1. Open Merit Candidates : Maximum age limit of 35 years.
2. Reserved Category Candidates and In-service Candidates : Maximum age limit of 37 years.
3. Physically Challenged Candidates : Maximum age limit of 38 years.
This update aims to provide clarity for all applicants preparing for the CCE 2024 and highlights the importance of adhering to the specified age criteria according to each candidate's category.
